Leadwork Specialists
This project involved the full replacement of roof leadwork at Christ Church Deanery.
All existing lead coverings were removed and replaced with new milled lead, including Code 8 lead to gutters and bays and Code 5 lead for flashings. The roof was vented using Nicholson Airtrak systems to ensure proper airflow and prevent moisture build-up. All works were completed to LCA standards, preserving the building’s historic character and ensuring long-term durability.
