The scope of works includes the full replacement of the existing Welsh slate roof covering at Exeter College Library. The existing slates have been carefully stripped and sorted, with suitable reclaimed slates retained and reused on the front (principal) elevation to maintain the historic appearance. New Welsh slates have been installed on the rear elevation to ensure long-term durability while maintaining visual harmony.
